today was a good day...in general.. went to gym and had a great workout
bent over rows 135x10 185x6x2 sets
dl 225x10 315x6 365x1 pr 385x1 pr 405x0,2times.. it was moved 400x0 above knees 385x1 365x2 and .5 stopped on first rep my hands were uneven 315x5 315x5 225x5 ankles touching 2 sets couple different leg position and hand position sets i will get over 400 next max!!! gym was fired up tonite!!! james is gonna smash some meet records!!!

Congrats Jason on your Pr's. You have much more left in the tank and 400 will be yours next time.
