I was/am still sore as hell from deads on thurs but the workout was pretty good....although my 2 rm max was not there at all... bench barXalot 135 x 10 135 x 10 close 135 x 10 close legs up 185x5 205x5 225x1 225x0 205x2
reverse blue bands 315x3 335x2 365x? cant even remember if this is a figmintation of my imagionation or not 315x3 315x2
this is another case of blurred memory...my form on everthing especially the band benches is horrible.....but being under that weight is definitly a boost to my psyce(SPELLCHECK) vids coming asap...

did more of the workout james gave me and dropped the weight down to focus on my fundamentals...watching the video from saturday of myself makes me sick ....
cuff exercises barX alot 135x10 135x10close 150x10 150x10 150x12 135and50chainsx3 3sets 135x6 extreme close grip legs up x 2 sets overhead db press 30x5 40x5 50x5 55x5 50x10 skull crushers 45x5close grip 65x5wide grip 65x5wide
reverse bench 135x10 155x10 weighted leg raises

box squats concentrated on coming out of hole 135x3 225x3 315x1 325x1 bar was misloaded uneven 315x1
db rows 95x8,10
another pretty good workout...

175x3 reps off 4 board for 9 sets alt grip from close to wide to mid in 4:31 seconds..kinda guessing that bull and truck had been about 20 seconds between reps...was a good workout !!!!
reverse grip bench 135x20 for 2 sets 135x15 closer grip
overhead db press 45x10 50x8 2sets
incline crunches with the red band ...these were killer
incline db press 45x10 3 sets
straight bar skull crushers 65x10 2set normal grip 1 set mixed wide mid close
another good workout

Great workout Jason. But you did decline DB's and you also did 75lbs on the skull crushers not 65.

blue bands from floor 405x3 455x5 495x1 seems like before i did 455x5 i had done a 3 rep set..lol everytime i do heavy stuff its all a blur and i dont get no help remembering....sometimes i do an extra set cuz theres a bully in the gym..man i love deadlifts

im sure theres more.. im happy with todays workout..not extactic...had fun learning how to use the shirt..

3 sets of wide grip puls with bull and lb dont know the weight 3 sets of 45# plate raises
