decided i needed to work on my out of the hole on DL with a little advice from james i used a platform tonite bent over rows 135x10 185x5x2
dL 225x10 315x5x2
put out about 5 inch platform
225x10 315x2 315x2 315x1 315x1
close stance 225x8 closer 225x6 ankles touching 225x5
got out 50lbs of chains 225nchainsx4 245nchainsx3 265x3 285x3 285x2 285x1,1,1 close stance 265x2 245x4 ankles touching 225x2 i think
moved platform and chains 315x1
i was killed ...the end...next time i will use 35s to get even lower...awesome exercise james thanks!!

almost forgot what i did saturday.... bench using close grip..aka my new grip bar x quitcountinafter2 135x10 135x10 185x5 205x3 225x2 225x2 think i did this 1 more x 205x3 on press commands
135x15 reverse wide grip 165x10 reverse wide grip 165x6-8 reverse wide grip
some tri work
I really had a good workout considerin i was soooooo sore from the deads on thurs...

today was day 2 of the workout schedule james gave me... I know im gonna pay for it further on into the workout but i added weight to it...
bench bar x alot 135 x10 close grip 135 x10 reverse called for 165 but... i a tard 175x5 still not feelin it 185x5 185x5 that was supposed to be it... 175x10 165x10 185x3 reverse grip 155x10 135x6 super close grip 135x8 with wrist wraps close tricep cable presses 100x10,12,110 dips 3x15

after tonights workout i have to make sure i remember to give myself recoverytime...i am just retarded when it comes to pushing it...i want to make gains so bad i forget...i can look back on my logs for the past few months and i keep grabbin the electric donut...lol..last weeks DL day was haunting me still..my hips had not recovered and leg my muscles hurt to the bone..

DL 225x10 315x6 315x4,,2,1,2,1 i knew i shoulda had a differnt gameplan when i did my first set of rows...
p cleans 135x10 2sets db raises 30x10,12,10
wide grip lat pulls 110x12,10,8
close grip reverse cable pulls 2 chest 110x10,12,10
db rows 60x10 95x10,10,10
leg raises alot

Look at the long haul Jason, short term gains or long term gains. The worst thing you can do is over train, just adjust your volume and go from there.

some of this stuff is so new I am still finding what is a good volume...it doesnt help that im a tard..lol...ive got the right help with it now...james is a good way for me to remember and I think he is about to quit pullin punches...which is what a hard head fucker like me needs...

tonite was DL nite and I new I was in for it the minute james walked in...he had a crazy look in his eyes..im going to post vids of of a few reps on here...james i dont know what happend but i only got the lightest reps you did in my phone..next time man well do it right... leg raises couple sets bent over rows 135x12,12,10 DL 225x10 switch grip 10 x2 sets set up with green and blue bands to the 1 pin 495x not enough 585x3 better 675x3 betterer 765x2 hurts 815x so help me i cant remember its real blurry but i think i moved it 765x1 765x1 765x1 765x0 675x3 585x5 495x10 shrugs front x2sets 495x10 rear x2sets db raise 30 for a few im done for and i hope jame is too that was awesome workout it was in the air tonite!!
