rueban and rudy for chains and truck for the pause reps and boards..he was eyeballin and critiquing.. used that pvc on alot of sets cant remember which ones and im sure i did more sets than posted...i guess we can meet at that store u were talkin bout last week and ill give you a hollar thurs or friday..

another real good experience in the gym bent over rows 135x10 185x8x2
DL 225x10 315x6
reverse blue bands from 1 pin, met LB and he joined in 405xtoo easy 495x6 too easy 545x6 and that was the pr from last week 585x0 almost 585x1 it wasnt pretty but i loccked it2 555x2 545x2 495x6or8 james showed up joined i the fun cant remember if i did another set here or not 585x0 since james had it on there i tried again
hanging situps till i could barely get back down
box squats little below 225x4.4.3
man my ass was kicked LB is a beast plain and simple havin such a good time im loosen track of my sets

was supposed to goto burlington today but everybody seems to be sick including me...still met up with james and went to mayodan for bench.. still sore as hell from DL thurs..
45x10 pvc pipe under arch 135x3 pvc 135x3 no pvc shirt 185x3 205x3 3board 225x2.5 4board 225x2 3board took off shirt worked on form with pvc and pause reps 175x3 185x3 185x3 135x10 close grip 135x10 close grip 135x6close and six wide
25x15,12,10 tricep things ,james knows the name
rev tricep cable pulls 100x10 foward 125x10 mixed 100x12
had another pretty good workout considerin i felt like death eatin a cracker....feeln pretty good about my form and technique progress..

post new years workout,,still feelin new years
not real productive...had to get there when gym opened and leave in lil over an hour...nobody was benchin and walt and LB both showed up when i was leavin...
45xelebndeemillion 135x10 135x10 close and wide 185x3 185x3 205x2 185x3 205x2 all reps were paused for at least 2 seconds 135x10 rev grip 135xalot mixed grips ect did a few curls and tricep ext 3 sets of 20 dips some leg lifts

I shouldnt even post this its more of the same but less of it ...i had intentions of a good work out...didnt happen i have been having headaches when lifting ,near the back of my head and id coped with them...tonite my sinus's joined in...and my head felt like a big zit.. bent over rows 135x10 185x6x2

had a pretty good workout...really like the chains...always seems to hit the whole chest...its always a pleasure to workout with the mayodan crew..learn stuff everyday...

Jason you every do any rehab work with bands for your shoulders? I do these in conjunction with my chest days when I get back home and have had some success with it.

breaker sadly im such a slack ass when it comes to that...i been managing to do some cuff work once a week...james just brought the bands to my attention the other day..i really need to be doing something on the in between days...

bull gave me a new bench workout to try...starts out with lighter weight and adds to it by the week...sure thers somebodies name attatched to it?
bench barx alot barxalot 135 real close grip xalot 135closx10
30dbx10 rocknrolls x3
did some jumpsquats too get blood goin
135x10close grip with pvc
new workout showed up
155x10x3 sets i think these were good sets slow and controled close grip hands about a inch onto rough which may be my new grip of preference..
135x10 extreme close grip
30 db overhead tri ext x 3
reverse wide grip bench press 135x10-12 3 sets mixed into all the other sets
various db curls with 30-50 dbs
10lb leg raises
135x5 failure extreme close
my tris were trashed felt real good gym was full of intensity all the young bucks were doin deads and it was awesome to see...
