dude, I hear you on that farting thing. I especially hate to do it when I'm wearing an mp3. sometimes I'll stop the music and just fart a couple times to make sure my volume is low enough to go undetected.

my shirt came today...man I know I looked like a monkey tryin to fuck a football tryin to get into that sucker...I put it on twice befor I left 4 the gym..I managed to get it on by myself the second time but had to have it pulled off both times..anyway couldnt wait to try it out.. incline bench 135x10,8,6

My shoulder felt better with the shirt on, dont know if it was in my head or in the shirt or if its still getting better or what...didnt want to take any chances of screwwin it up again so I never got heavy..besides I didnt have a spotter... there hasnt been anyone in this gym to spot me since i started going..well no one who wasnt female over 60, pregnant, male over 60 ect..i may have to go look at the gym in Mayodan thats just up the road(so if you go to that gym give me a holler) Im not real sure if I even had the shirt on right...but ill ask the shirt master those things

well it was day 2 of my shirt experience, I made a cut in the back so i got in and out much easier..

thats the heaviest i been on bench in several months shoulder did not hurt, I literally got stuck under 185...luckily its not real heavy and I pretty much sat up with it and set it down at my feet...I was pissed..I have lost so much ground to this shoulder and I hadnt gottn very far to begin with...I wanted at least 300 this year and I am pretty sure i would have gotten there...i need to find a training partner..lol

and my motto is"there are no stupid questions, just stupid people" so i have and will continue to axe a few questions..
I am a fairly patient guy, I set myself up for this tho..I should not have touched a bench the week after i hurt my shoulder..as i stated before hate to lose ground..It took 1 year of constant lifting when i was in the army to get to 285-290 raw max..i was eating 6-8 meals a day,creatine,Hot stuff,aminos and last but not least androstene...i didnt weigh as much then..but i was stronger..course i was in bosnia and there wasnt much too do but lift..NO Beer!! lol

Im happy my shoulder feels better, I know it causes me to do weird shit when i bench tho, things Im tryin and was trying to learn not to do before i fuckeed it up..still need a lift partener.. gonna be in mArion over weds till fri wouldnt mind hooking up with the marion crew and reaquainting with the ones I know and meeting the ones I dont (remeeting since 1986-1994 are pretty hazy LOL) and learning a few things.

only made it into the gym once last week..ran 1 mile at a 7 min pace.and wasnt tired.had a bench workout that wasnt all that good...still need a workout pardner..not gonna push hard tilll i do..getting paid this week and will make an effort to goto mayodan and check out the gym..i found out the schedule the other day..gonna start running more again want my 12 min 2 mile back..

this gym has a different scheddule than i was working so skipped bench day since this week was suopposed to be my pull day.they are only open ,TU,TH 5-8 and sat 8-12..so i must revise my schedule..its a hole in the wall but it has several things the other gym was missing...weights plates are plentiful...the music wasnt that generic crap..i think a little reign in blood would be acceptable!! and last but not least spotters... there were pl stats written for gym lifters on a dry erase board..the owner said that the main lifters were lifting in burlington? there were several PL trophies from a few federations..cant remember the names..but i think i recognized one of the lifters in a pic amd i think they have a squat record. anyway more happiness for me in the DL my 4 rep 315 was E A Z Y i still cant believe i couldnt budge it a few months ago..not impressive but progressive... now that im in a gym maybe i can progress on my bench too.

I got some buddies that workout at that gym bro....James Gentry and LB Bullins....tell them your on this board and you know me....if you can get ooked up with them they could really help you out....they are great people and strong as hell....
