I think i covered monday ok in the previous post... Weds was my push day again w/out benches.. did alot of tricep ext work and light db presses ..did cuff exercises and forearm curls..weighted leg lifts..
friday wrapped knees again
bb rows 135x10 185x6 205x4 began to notice my hips were hurtin again
dl 225x10 275x6 300x2 hips were killin me
bb shrugs 225x10 315x8 385x6
squats 135x8 225x6 315x3 again hips killed me
box squats with a little above parrall bench 135x10 185x8 225x6
upward rows 95x6x3
db raise 40x10x3
latteral db raises 25x8x3
db rows 95x6x3
i left the gym frustrated..i still had a good workout but seems like im fighting my body...this new hip crap...is pissn me off...I got more reps on the dl than it allowed on monday but i almost lost it on my 315 squat cuz of it.. this is probably the last post for a while I dont know how Im going to work my gym time around the new schedule im up against..I will be taking my kids to school with me and dropping them off in their new school in NC and then hangin around till they get out after im out class for the next few weeks and we may evenstay in a motel some down there till they finish our new house in stokesdale...Im hopin the this will help my shoulder and maybe knees and hip..i know im going to take all of next week ff and then ill see from there ...Im tryin to keep a positve outlook on it..maybe itll payoff to layoff

OK I COULDNT TAKE IT !! I went to the gym today and technically it has been a week..Im glad i did , decided as long as I stayed away from tthe bench that i could..so today was leg and back..I decided also to change the order of workout becase i knew there was gonna be no avoiding my hips hurtin.
135x10 bent over rows just to warm up a lil, realized that hips started hurting on this exercise the last workout so went straight to dL
225x6 275x4 300x2 320x1 felt good 325x1 pr even tho my hand got stuck on my loose short leg 330xo i at least moved it off the ground
squats 135x10 jumpers 225x6 315x3
boxsquats 185x10 225x6 235x4
upward rows 95x6x3
db rows 90x1
db raises 40x10x3
lateral raises 25x8x3
weighted leg raises 30x10x3
im pretty happy i went today my pr isnt much(compared to most here) but im happy cuz a few weeks ago i couldnt move 315..i beliive i coulda gotten 330 i just was spent from 325 when it hung on my shorts..lesson learned there..

had a chance to go to gym again today soo
squats 135x10 jumpers 225x8 315x5 wanted to save hips for dl
bb shrugs 315x10x2 front 315x10x1 reverse dl 225x10 275x6 315x2 335x0 hips hurt to much to pull moved off ground tho still makin progress just still need to work out this hip problem maybe i need a full week between my maxes like last week
box squats at parralell 185x10x3
upward rows 95x10,8,6
db raise 40x10x3
laterall raises 25x10x3
db rows 90x6x3
leg raises 25x12,12,10
shoulder seems to be benefitting from the layoff and fingers arent as numb as last week..hopin that 1 more week will be able to do benches again,crossin my fingers..

well I finally got moved and situated in Stokesdale,NC and found a little gym.So Im back on here again. Its just alittle family gym and well its not much...but its real close to the house and Itll do til I get back on track.From the move and the shoulder which is still an issue.I have no longer any finger numbness and pain is almost gone under press but I still favor it. Gonna have to order that shirt this week and also buy some lifting straps because this gym has none like my other gym did.Bench bars are extremely slick polished type and I gotta have a way to maintain a grip during shurgs db work ect. and figure out how to DL with those slick bars without cheating and using those same wrist straps. mon- 135x10x3 bench (not taken any chances) 45x10x3 incline db 25x10x3 db fly 40x10x3 mil db press 100x10x3 pec dec 35x10x3 overhead db press 25x10x3 sucicide db press 100x10x3 reverse tri pulldown elavated situp crunch twisters w/55 db 25x10x3 leg raises

thanks greg and joey..Stokesdale is maybe ten mins north of g-boro on 68..the airport exit off 40..im a little closer to marion than i was before so i might be comin there more often..might even come in this next weekend when the kids go to stay with their mom.. orderd my shirt 2day..cant wait to try it out...ended up getttin an inzer standard blast..hopefully itll help with healing my shoulder..

Reading your log it looks like the gym is good enough to let you get a good workout. I am sure you are glad to get moved into your house. I know living in a hotel gets old quick.

today was what I thot a bad day to workout....felt like crap..It was weird...I spent all day saturday logging in our new back yard..yeah u know lumber jack stuff..I think we cleared 3/4 of an acre and i bet we burnt 10 cord of wood ..neeed less to say ive had a good workout 2 saturdays in a row..then i sat around and drank way to much beer and kept burnin wood till about 3am...had too cuz it was so hard to get the fires hot enough to burn that green wood...so any way i felt like crap still today..but I think i stated in anohter log ive had some of my best workouts on days like these and so i did on this... 135x10x2 dl put a lil wrap tape on slick ass bar 225x8 300x4 320x3 pr
