Thanks again for all the congrats on my last squat. I am happy to say that I have kept the momentum going and had a good bench last night. I was able to work out some of my little quirks and it really made a difference.
8/4 raw warmup barx2x10 75x5 95x5
shirted 125x2
2 board with shirt 145x2x3
1 board with shirt 155x3 165x2 175x1
175x1 to chest----PR!!!

We decided to just back off the weight and work on technique. It seemed to help a little bit mentally. I over think the lift and Greg pounding "JUST BENCH" into my head. At this point, I am willing to try anything.

Thanks everyone! There's one more week of heavy training before the meet. The closer it gets, the more nervous I get. I have no idea what to expect competing full power. I'm excited about it. I look forward to meeing some new people so I can put some faces with names! Thanks again for the encouragement. It is greatly appreciated.
