Thanks Marty...You coming to the other gym with us Friday? Unfortunately, no. Fridays won't be any good for me until next spring (football and basketball). I will miss those great friday sessions. I'm going to lift with Ron, Hal and Josh at Focus on Mondays to do my max effort day, or that's the plan right now, anyway. I'll still do the rest of my workouts at the Y.

Great work Stacey I do those also myself the DB Front Squats, when doing them I go elbows to thighs and it really has helped with explosion.
