Thanks for taking the time to look at my log Greg!!! My work schedule is crazy, I teach yoga and pilates, water aerobics and just about anything else, as well as serving as the aquatics director at our Y. I end up having to skip more days than I am happy with so I have to make up for it on days when I have more time....Is there anything you would have me try doing differently?

Hey Stacey looks like you need to start taking some Glucosamine, I take it all tyhe time. I know once I stop taking it my arms just get infested with achs. Just look for a product that has Glucosamine and MSM in it. GNC has there Triflex band which I really like but it is very pricey!
