11/15/07 Well I am now at a lower weight than I have been in 7 years and it feels great! I am at 146 now and still losing. Luckily for me my raw bench has stayed at 135, so I am at least maintaining my strength. I have several speaking engagements in the next few weeks and will be focusing more on cardio and body building type exercises with a few heavy days added in. Please bear that in mind as you read my logs and wonder what the fuck is she doing!!!
