8/19 max squat 1'' above parallel in chains 145x5 235x3 325x2 415x2 505x2 595x1 685x1 775x0 go my ass smashed!! Not up to that yet, should have spilt the difference and went 735 first then baby steps from there, i'll know next time. speed deadlift 365x3x3 sets....out of time had to go get my little girl. Strong session. I really like the number of reps per set.

8/21 M/E bench raw warmup 135x10 225x5 315x2 365x1 2 boards w/ shirt 455x2....no touch 475x1 495x1....wanted 2 but it was hot as hell & after the first rep i startyed sliding on the bench from sweat. 515x1....was easy, sprayed stickum on the bench 525x0.....almost died on this one. When i broke my elbows i slid flat down on the bench(forgot stickum) had to lay the bar on the boards, i was in all kinds of a bind...thank god for good spotters!! 505x1...went to the chest with this one, it stopped about 1'' away.I pushed it back up, it was alittle slow because i spent way to much energy trying to make it touch but i finished it none the less.

Hey marty, i was freakin out i just couldn't do anything about it. 8/24 Speed squat 15 min streching pull down abs 3 sets rev-hypers 4 sets.....havent done these in awhile and my back was on fire! speed squat w/ssb 16'' box. raw w/o belt 135x5 225x3x2 sets 275x3x2 sets 315x3x2 sets speed deadlift...raw w/ belt 225x3 315x3x1 set 345x3x2 sets 375x3x2 sets.....great workout, just me and the dirt dobbers.Focus was great. Nothing big weight wise just felt really good

Thanks again guy's. 8/25 D/E bench......going to use the repetion method for the next three weeks. flat bench warmup barx10x2 sets 135x10 185x5 225x3 using 50% of my shirted max for three all out sets. 245x16 245x13 245x11....thats 40 total reps, now next week i'll try to beat that total amout of reps. rack lockouts...w/4'' of bar travel w/ lite bands doubled 225x5 275x5 315x2 315x2 315x3 then i finished up with KB work, did snatch presses 3x10 each arm then bottoms up presses 3x10 w/ each arm.

Greg, I noticed that you are going to replace your DE BP with a three week cycle of repetition work. Is this something that you have been doing for a while or are you just starting? Reason I wanted to know is to find out how the results have been for you.

8/28 M/E squat-deadlift 16'' box squat w/breifs...straight weight barx3 145x3 w/o belt 235x3 " " 325x3 " " 415x3 " " 505x3 " " 555x2 w/ belt 595x1....was hard but did it without help. 615x0!!!...this was just stupid. I should not have even tried it. I'm going to start making smaller jumps in my sets so i can get more volume in, no need to do singles at this point so far out from the meet. rack pulls....just below the knee 315x3 425x3 515x3 565x2 605x0....same damn thing, to big of a jump. Like i said...still learning but one day i'll have it all figured out till they change it again!
