thanks Maxson. Saturday was the first day in a long time I've actually had time to accomplish what I wanted to do. work has been so busy i've been struggling to get to the gym by 8 or so and it closes at 9.

Big thanks to Ron for coming out there -- he wanted to work at the Y but I desperately needed a ME day, so he went out of his way to help. Appreciate it bro! Also, this was kind of a weird -- well really weird -- workout for me, but I'll talk about that in another thread on the general board. Monday, Aug. 21 ME bench 1X bar X5 1X 135 X5 2X 95 X3 – added chains 150 lbs. All reps to chest 2X 115 X3 – w/chains 3X 135 X3 – w/chains 3X 155 X2-1-1 – w/chains 1X 135 X3 – w/chains 2X 115 X3 – w/chains 1X 95 X6 – w/chains Close-grip bench 4X 135 X10 One-arm tri pushdowns combo w/ v-bar tri pushdowns 4 sets 8-10 reps, more reps for right arm

We in Marion are fortunate that Joey has let us use some of his stuff to get strong -- I had no clue about chains, boards or bands until a few months ago, and it's been quite a revelation.
