Now if I remeber right your boy Kyle shaves and tans too....maybe he and I are on to something here?!....try it out old man....who knows.... ;D he shaves (his legs) for meets so his wraps dont slide. but he does full power so you wouldnt know about that kinda stuff. Not yet maybe one day

My elbows are still bothering me some ....we had a good session today....also I realized once again I hate deadlifting!....Got a soccer game tomm so I will be staying in town to do ME RAW stuff....also we are having pics made Sunday so I will post up my soccer team mobb for you guys to check out....Here it is.... Standing DB Curls 1 x 30's - 10 1 x 35's - 10 1 x 40's - 10 1 x 45's - 10 1 x 50's - 5 1 x 55's - 5 1 x 60's - 5 RAW Deads (conventional) 1 x 135 - 3 1 x 225 - 3 1 x 315 - 3 1 x 405 - 3 1 x 500 - 3 1 x 550 - 0(not sure what happened here?1!) High Double Cable Curls 1 x 140 - 20 1 x 120 - 20 1 x 100 - 20 1 x 80 - 20 1 x 60 - 20 1 x 40 - 20 Seated DB Curls 2 x 30's - 6 2 x 35's - 6 2 x 40's - 6 Seated BB Forearm Curls 5 x 75 - 20 Good Mornings 3 x 225 - 3 3 x 315 - 3 if your elbows are bothering you why are you doing 24 sets of curls? =0l If you notice I am not doing any heavy set at all and no BB curls either....doing these light sets seem to stretch my arms out at the bend to give a lil releif....maybe it is in my mind but it has seemed to work....

Rod and I had a good workout today, this is one of the Fridays I do not go to GCBB because I had a soccer game at 6 pm....We won by the way!....everyone on the team scored so I was proud of them....we get tema picture made Sunday so I will post some up....Here it is....

We had a fast workout tonight, straight to the point....I will graduate this weekend from college with my Bachelor degree....I am very excited about this and I will be the first kid in my family to do this!....thanks for reading here it is....
