Had another rush day today....had to see my barber after work (got to stay sexy!)....had to get my daughter earlier and get home for the festivities....plus my elbows are somewhat fried so I stayed away from BB benching today to give them some rest....thanks for reading....Here it is....

My elbows are still bothering me some ....we had a good session today....also I realized once again I hate deadlifting!....Got a soccer game tomm so I will be staying in town to do ME RAW stuff....also we are having pics made Sunday so I will post up my soccer team mobb for you guys to check out....Here it is....
