geez...first a 700lb bench at 275 and now a bachelor's degree...what's next? a WWE contract....LOL! awesome work on those squats joey! HCB LOL....Thanks Curt....Yeah this has been a good year for me so far....700# Bench, turning 32 (like wine the older I get the better I taste!), graduating college, coaching my daughters soccer team, going to Vegas and comp. against the best, going ot the Arnold back in March and meeting tons of great people, and training here in NC with some of the greatest people I have ever met!....I am blessed and look forward to the things that are ahead....

how much raw stuff do you guys do? Also, do you guys do any reverse band presses? When you say RAW stuff are you refering to Bench, Squat or Deadlift RAW?....If you are asking about bench I do RAW once a week (DE Bench) and do Equiped once a week as well then the next week I will do RAW twice a week but one DE and one ME (max effort)....and yes I have done rev band bench but I only have one green band so no rev band bench but yes alot of guys use it and do it....

Over the last two days I have had trying to find a Honda Accord of my liking has finally came to an end....I am glad that that shit is over with but it was worht the wait for sure....It really pays to know people and to shop around!....anyways my workout out was cut short due to us leaving to go but this car....still feeling good and exciteted about this weekend....Thanks for reading....Here it is....

Here we was talking Reverse band presses and this is what we did tonight....hit a big PR on these tonight....My elbow is talking to me this morning thats for sure ....The last time I done these was witht the Blue bands, but we used the greens tonight and I tell ya they aint giving you shit in help we you start getting real heavy....I am not sure what they were giving you out the bottom but like I said it was not much....Hope everyone has a great weekend and all you ladies that are mommies have a Happy Mothersday!....Here it is....
