I didn't eat enough when I was out of town. I also didn't really workout when I could have in the mornings. I didn't pack any clothes that would work but I could have found something to do I am sure. It can be easy to get out of good habits when traveling it seems.

I haven't posted in a bit but actually my diet has been good. I have been really busy so habits took over. Fortunately my habits are good ones now so if I don't give it much thought I pretty much do the same thing every day.
