M/E Squats 11/18/2007 Made the pilgrimage to the Hickory Lab to work in with Buddy,Wee-Man,Mighty Moose and Lucky. Worked up to 640 with briefs Gave my new Ginny squat suit a roll-no briefs 720 x 1 750 x 1 pr Stiff leg deads 225 x 12 x 2 225 x 9 x 1 Back raises/curl ups 3 sets Standing ab crunches 4 sets of 15 Lucky hit a big PR today. M/E Squats 11/25/2007 Worked in briefs up to 640 Can't remember lifts Full armor to 4" above 800 x 1 pr 860 x 3 pr It was a long day and my brain went dead. The briefs/suit combo. works great. Watching Gumby take 800 for a ride was a hoot. Thats 4.5 times body weight. Thats just sick....... Lesson: Don't tell average folk it took three guys to get your equipment off..

Speed Squats/Deads 11/28/2007 Had a blackout moment on my second set of squats. Everything went kinda blank. No one wanted to play so being stuck on the box was different. Got my wits and drove it up. Interesting to say the least... Sponge bob below parallel box squats w/SS bar. 315 x 2 x 8 w/strong band Speed deads 225 x 1 x 6 against doubled minis 275 x 1 x 2 " " " Sled pull 10 trips around the parking lot. A challenge was issued by our in house strong-women. She did not quit. This is going to hurt.
