NOTLD 4 11/3/2007 That was a deadlifters paradise. What a great meet. Talk about being jacked....WOW. It went something like this...... opened with 600 crushed it 2nd 650 pulled it but came forward with it...no go 3rd 680 came up PR The 680 felt the best and was the only pull that didn't go forward on me. Derek tweaked my straps and it worked well. Thanks to Boris,Jason and Cheryl for all there support.....It takes teamwork. Thanks for the advice Buddy............It worked

Wonder why?Thats the first time i have seen Boris get mad. I thought he was going to tear my arm off and beat me with it.... Thought i had better leave before he impaled me on the sled and dragged me around the parking lot...lol

M/E Bench Sort of 11/9/2007 Worked in with Policeman & Lucky Haven't had a shirt on since 10/4... Shoulder issues continue. The incline close grip we did on Tue. was not a smart move. Reps for a while longer. 135 x 8 185 x 8 225 x 5 250 x 26 PR (wfr) Elevated Blast strap push ups palms in 3 sets of 12 Barbell shrugs 225 x 15 315 x 12 405 x 10 Average band shrugs 3 sets of 20 Average band side bends 3 sets of 15 Pete hit a PR 575 from 3 boards....Congrats bro....... M/E GM'S 11/11/2007 No one wanted to play in the mono so gm's were on the plate. 225 x 5 275 x 5 315 x 5 365 x 5 405 x 5 455 x 5 495 x 5 545 x 1 Pull through's with average band 3 sets of 12 side bends w/average bands 3 sets of 12 3 trips w/sled Wasn't much into it today. One of those grind it out deals.

Hey Mark, have someone watch your head and see where your looking when you start the lift. Buddy Nichols came down to train with us and seen that I wasn't looking up when I started pulling and I was kinda doing what your talking about. Maybe thats all it is, just make sure your looking up and pulling back
