all i can say is AWESOME job on the 815. wow. just wanted to say thanks for all the help last night. i mean when a man puts off his training until the end of the night to let all the people going to the clayton meet get all the personal attention they need and then still hit a huge PR, that's team work and sacrifice. thanks again big man and i'm working on the puke fest film now.

decline close grip
225 x 5 2 sets

front and side raise superset
4 sets
tricep push ( using nautilus pullover machine)
stack x 12 for 5 sets
pull down abs
5 sets of 12
shoulder feels kinda tweaky, I definitely need my medicine.
