Cooke showed me the plyo version tonight, we used to do the regulars ones ( westiside style) years ago. will demonstrate on friday.....they are on Stacey's workout agenda for friday...

Looking at Elite fitness today and lord and behold who's ugly mug is on there! Chris Clark Q/A Staff, Powerlifting Chris is a SHW powerlifter from North Carolina. He has recorded a 970 squat, 675 bench press and a 733 deadlift. He won the 2006 WPC SHW open class in New York. He currently trains at Granite City Barbell and trains with Travis Mash and Chris “Ox” Mason. One word Chris simply fucking awesome bro, you deserve it and mad props to you!
