I just did 750,at the sc apf meet. so I will rest up for prolly like 2 weeks,and then get ready for the jan apf meet in clayton.It seems like the more weight I do the more determined I get.So hopfully I can get my bench where I want it for this meet.Did an arm workout last night,here it is...
barbell curls 45x15 95x12 115x12 135x10 con.curls 25x15 each arm for 2 sets hammer curl 45x15 each arm for 1 set.

Just talked with John no date set yet, still late Jan early Feb, he's gonna talk with Kyle today and they have to get with some other folks so they don't schedule on the same day as another near by meet.

thanks joey, but it took all I had to get 750. Ive put on some weight so the arms in my shirt was to tight.they were so tight that I almost couldnt touch 700 or 750.Iam just glad I had chris cooke spotting me!!!

Went to the gym last night to spot my buddy,he has school from 5:00pm to 10:30pm so we made it up thier about 11.I just did some shoulder rehab stuff. 4x15 of lion oxs 3x15 side raises 3x15 front raises on the incline I like to do some rehab stuff after meets so when I do get back to training my joints feel fresh and strong.

Man, havent been on the internet in sometime. Well heres some of my shitty workouts!
warmup 135x10 225x8 315x5 405x1 455x1 was unsure what to do today so just did some rack lockouts 495x5 675x3 725x0 lol i hate these motherfucka's did some light tri's and left
the next workout warmup 135x20 225x10 315x5 405x3 2boards raw with wide grip and averages doubled 315x5 405x3 425x3 455x2pr 4 boards with close grip 545x1 did some light tri's
my last workout warmup 135x10 225x10 315x5 405x1 3 boards raw with wide grip 455x3 495x3 535x3 545x1 585x1pr 605x1pr did 3sets of shoulder raises then did 3 sets of tri pushdowns pretty happy about the 605 raw,I dont feel run down from the meet anymore! thanks god.
