I'll check and see how much video I have. I stop and start the camera alot when filming, and even doing that I had 3 1/2 hours of video from that meet on 4 tapes. Adding the song is no problem at all. PM me your email addy and I'll send it to you. I'll work on it one night this week.

wed. workouts 135x15 225x8 315x5 405x1 added shirt and 2 boards 585x2 635x1 705x1 shirt off 4boards with close grip 405x3 495x3 545x3 rack lockouts 515x3 605x3 695x3 dumbbell tri ext. 45x12 55x10 vbar pushdown the stack for 3x15 abs 3x40 best workout ive had in a long time,the 705 was a joke,somehow ive gottin stronger since the meet.

lol, he just did freddys meet last week., he hit 675,missing 705 at lockout.and that was with only three weeks back of lifting.i think it will be agood showing in jan between the two of you.

trust me,i want to do 800 alot more than you want to see it!!! but i dont have a place to workout,or any spoters.so what can i do? i just hate that it turned out like this.maybe ill get back into it when i find another job? right now its work or lift,i cant eat if i dont work,so thats that.
