It was a shitty call against the Gators, but I have never been a fan of Leak. He is too inconsistent and is a pussy when it comes to getting hit. I hate him. PUT IN TEBOW!!!
Joey, sled rows are just me putting weight on the sled and adding a close grip handle and then rowing the weight like i'm on the pulley row. It adds a little diversity to the workout and lets me get outside to sweat some. I'm going to try pullthroughs like that too.
