Thanks Badrock and Joey but I wish it was somewhere in the ball park of you guys. I wasn't feeling it from the get go and went and tweaked my knee again. Layed off the cardio and sled pulling yesterday to give the knee a break looks like the same thing as a couple of months ago its going to bother me a little but as long as I wrap my knee up I'll still be able to continue squats and deadlifts.

My gym is putting on an endurace challege next May that I'm thinking about doing. They have tried to talk me into several of them lately but I'm not into running so I never bothered. They came up with a new one that consits of bench 1xbw deadlift 1.5xbw and hang cleans 0.75xbw 10reps then 9reps then 8 and so on all the way down to 1. Only way I'm going to do it is to drop down to 220 and dehydrate a little lower. I'm not really into the endurace thing I'm more concerned right now with putting up somemore numbers and I'm not to fond of droping down that low of weight, but it might be fun.

If you decide to train for the endurance meet it would be very interesting stuff for the cardio and/or alternative training forum. let us know if you decide to do it.

Hangcleans .75xbody weight x 10,9, so on. 55reps total reps with each one it will be a while before I start training for it, still debating the Clayton meet I doubt I'll squat might do push pull I don't know I'll see how I'm doing when it gets closer.

I swap back and forth between the cybex and the icarain I'll try and get a video Monday. Did I ever mention how much I hate the snatch grip deads, John had me start doing these instead of standing on plates. Its rough on the grip... for me anyways.
