Leg press 650x20 I can't keep my hands out of it, I'm gonna quit trying and just go up on the weight to make up for it.

9-20 Wed chest day
Decline pinkies on rings 45x10 135x5 185x3 225x2 275x1 285x3x3 The 275 x3 last week felt extremely heavy got it up but barely didn't think I'd get the 285 this week, wrong, the 285 felt good today. I had more in me but was only doing the amout I was told to do. I picked up a bit of info here this week about squeezing the bar and tight as I can and added it in I think it helped.
Db bench elbows out 95x7 95x8
incline db flies 30x10 25x10
Mil press 165x4 165x3
band pull aparts #3 x2x20
BB shrugs 225x30 hook grip till 15 couldn't stand the pain any longer changed up ot doulbe over 225x20 hook for first 10 275x10 double over 275x10 double over Dat hook shit hurt, heard Brett talk about it thought I'd try it out
1arm db shoulder press 65x2x8 each arm

Thanks Joey, I really like the sled more fun than walking on a treadmill for 45 minutes, probably need to add more weight next time around thinking about rigging up a ski rope to it and let the girls stand on the sled and drag them around, more weight for me and fun for them.
