Sharon, I am laughing my ass off over the bump on the log!!!! I dont need to be laughing it off, i need as much ass as I can get!! Its great to have you posting again!!!
Those man push ups kick my ass too! Joey still makes me do them, They have become my arch nemesis!!!!! I am up to 7 now and he still calls me a pussy!!! I am determined to own them one of these days! My daughter wants to be in ROTC camp this summer and she has to learn to do one, she cant even do a girl push up, we are now working on it!!!!

Stacey, yeah, the man push ups are killer. Greg swears I'll do ten easily one day. I have every bit of confidence that I'll do ten but I'm not sure about the easily part.
Postal, band squats were my favorite until the belt squats came into my life. I still have a hint of soreness in my back and ass from doing them the other day and I can't wait to do them again!
Joey, I'm trying my hardest to take care of that man but he is stubborn as hell. The doc prescribed him a drug or three which has helped tremendously with the pain and of course caused him to want to squat. I don't know if I'm going to be able to reason with him much longer. I do love his determination though (just don't tell him I said that!).

02/07 Lower body
15" box squat using green bands wore briefs bar w/green bands x 2 x 2 sets 105 x 2 145 x 1 added belt 145 x 2 x 4 sets 165 x 1 x 2 sets 185 x 1 little help in the middle
belt squat 110 x 10 Today we have discovered that this is too much weight when I do the excercise properly. I was using way too much back to come up instead of using my legs. Sooooo, we lowered the weight and worked on form until I found a good work weight. 55 x 10 x 2 sets 80 x 10 90 x 10
hyper extensions 1 set of 10, body weight pink bands x 2 sets of 10
lat rows 62.5 x 10 x 4 sets

02/08 upper body
I don't know what I've done, but something is wrong with my shoulder (down the side). It was hurting like hell while I was working out, which limited what I could do today. I was pretty mad about it since I only have yesterday and today to get a work out in this week.
bench machine warm up 37.5 x 10 x 3 sets
floor presses 65 x 26 85 x 9 105 x 1 105 x 2 Total reps = 38, four more than last week!
bp machine (instead of incline DB presses because my stupid shoulder) 50 x6 62.5 x 6 75 x 6 87.5 x 6
rear lats w/chains 4 sets total x 10,8,7,6
shoulder press w/mini bands (oddly, this didn't hurt my shoulder AT ALL) 25 x 10 25 x 8 x 3 sets lat pull downs 75 x 10 x 3 sets
decline abs w/mini band 3 sets of 10

I had a decent work out this morning. I can't feel my ass, so that's a good sign.
2/12 lower body
DL off bank platform w/minis doubled (suit and belt) 95 x 2 145 x 1 x 7 sets 165 x 1 x 2 sets 175 x 1 185 x 1 straight wieght off the floor 235 x 1 260 x 1
Belt Squat--I did them without holding on to the rope for balance. **NOTE** Balance is my way of saying "cheating." They were a bit more difficult, but will help me strengthen those muscles needed to keep me from waivering back and forth when I unrack. As usual, there is a method to Greg's madness.
40 x 10 65 x 10 85 x 10 100 x 10 115 x 2 --strangest screeching halt I have ever experienced on the 3rd rep. The first two were not that difficult at all. I guess that same little man that cut Greg off was still lurking around today. 115 x 8
GHR First experience with these. They made me curse. I don't want to talk about it. b/w x pick a number between 3 and 10 x 4 sets
reverse hypers 50 x 10 x 4
stability ball abs

np shannon, i personally think if i went pooky bear it would be going over the line and greg would probably send me the evil stare of death and jealousy with a side of homocidal rage. as inviting as that really does sound i would prefer to stay non dead. therefore i leave you with this....... good job friend

After three good attempts, I simply couldn't get it up all the way by myself. I did my best, I'm just not quite strong enough yet. Soon.
DB floor presses 25 x 10 30 x 10 35 x 10 40 x 7
DB shoulder presses 15 x10 x4 sets
