Front squats 135/5 225/5 275/5 315/5 350/3 405/3
Hook Grip Straight Leg deadlifts (off block) 135/5 225/5 315/5 405/5(PR)
Hack squats 4 sets of 12
Quad Extensions 3 sets of 12
Nice session today, hadn't front squatted in a while, i thought 405 would be heavy since i hadn't done them in so long. I've never done hack squats in my life, i dont know why i've never done this exercise, i loved it..I have no idea how much weight i used, i just started thorwing 45's on. Great session today though

Great session today, tried to hit quite a bit of volume...im loving this new gym i switched too

crappy session today, form was horrible, even though the weight was going up, i was moving all over the bench.....just an off day, not gonna sweat it, i think im gonna start back light next week and just work on form, still have 12 weeks untill the meet, so no biggy..no better time than now to assess and learn.......stay strong..peace

Nice session today, justworked on form and played around. i will be focusing on making my form stellar for the next couple of weeks. Thats all i will be doing other than the usual assistance stuff...stay strong...peace
