UNDERHAND PULLDOWNS warmed up then 250x10 270x10
dumbbell rows 110x10 120x10 130x10
chest supported rows 4platesx12 5platesx8
deadlifts 405x12
seated low cable rows 2sets of 10-12
rope pulls 3 sets of 10-12
Nice workout today, been working out and doing cardio around 5:00am cause my new job i dont feel like doing anything afterwards
