nope no equipment, i just am not sure which direction to go equipment wise, i wouldn't know which shirt would be more suitable for me or which squat suite, i severely lack knowledge on equipment

haven't posted in a while, been super busy with school and trying to get into grad school. Finishing up my internship so i still have alot on my plate right now. Trying to get down to 275 before i compete again, here's sunday's workoutpulldowns warmed up to 240x10 260x10, 280x8
seated low cable rows 270, 300, 300 all for 10-12
deadlifts 315x10 405x10 505x8
chest supported rows 3platesx10 4platesx10 5platesx10
few sets of biceps

seated low pulley rows(v-handle) 270x10 for 2 sets
Got up around 6am and did al ittle back today, everything felt pretty good..I've been getting some extra help with my diet so i should finally be on the right track down to get down to a more ideal weight

my ankle is great, im back to squatting pretty heavy too, i haven't went any lower than 8 reps though, my goal is 600 for 6-8 reps, i plan to try that soon

Awesome workout today, i've actually never done 315 for that many reps, i wante to go for 12 but my girlfriend was spotting me so i didn't wanna risk not getting it. Felt very strong on everything though, great workout
