hex db holds- 35'sx 30 seconds x3 sets
solid workout today...my grip has always seemed to be a problem, so im messing around with some different grip exercises

I'm in Harrisburg IL, which is down by Carbondale SIU if anyone has heard of it....i plan on trying to make it up to the Power Palooza Raw meet in July in Granite City

Decent session today, all other lifts seem to go up easily, bench is just always the hard one for me...so hopefully i'll see some improvement before July

pulll throughs entire stack(220lbs)/10x3sets

extensions 220/15 250/12 300/10x2sets
Nice session today, i wanted to take a run at 605 for a tripple, but having no spotter, i figured that my not be wise. I hate doing good mornings too, so im pleased with the weight i used on those...added somethings i've never done, the pull throughs, i like them so i'll look forward to using them again.....overall strong session.........stay strong...

thanks......yeah the good mornings seem to be helpful, just feels unatural, oddly enough i think they have more carry mover to strengthening my back for my squat and not neccessarily my deadlift, oh well guess that is how things work sometimes.
