seated db shoulder presses 65/10 85/10 100/10
superset with
side lateral raises 30/10 40/10 50/10
straight bar incline extensions 115/10 135/10x3sets
v-bar pushdowns 140/10 150/10x2sets
one arm rope pushdowns 60/10x3sets
Great session today, finally starting to get ahold of this board thing, im gonna stick with it and try to keep doing well, im gonna give the 2 board a run in a couple weeks.....For triceps stuck with things that i felt were elbow friendly today because my right elbow has been acting up....Now its time for reward, chiropractor/massage scheduled at 2:00....stay strong fellas...peace

farmers walk 80lb dumbbells/2trips
Nice "Assistance" day today, kept everything pretty light. First time doing the farmers walks, i thought it was gonna be easy, but they are rough...really worked my grip good. Finally got some chalk too, so i'll definitely test that next time I Pull..stay strong....peace

Awesome session today, hadn't done close grips in a while, the 365 was actually easier than the 345, i did try to get the double on 365, and it went up fast, but i couldn't quite lock it out. Also thanks to icy not, my elbows are at peace so that helped alot..have a good 4th of July everyone...stay strong fellas
