This was my last workout before AWPC Worlds. I plan on opening around 475 on the bench. I feel fully recovered and I will have 11 days off before Worlds. This has been a good training cycle; I consider it to be one of my best ever. I really feel like phosphatidylserine has helped my recovery. I started using it my last week of training before Seniors. The last week of training I only took it on workout days and after Seniors I took it every day. I took a week off from training. I took 3 grams a day after workouts and when I went to taking it every day after Seniors I took a gram a day. I normally feel a little weak the first 2 weeks of training after a meet, but this time around I didn’t. I also normally start feeling tired and a little beat up the last week of training for a meet, and didn’t this time. This is an awesome supplement. It helped my CNS bounce back after Seniors and has helped my CNS recovered. This is not a cheap supplement, but it is worth it. I highly recommend it and I thing you should at least us it the last 2-4 weeks of training and the 2 weeks following a meet.

excellent bench work and thanks for the supplement review. Best way for any of us to know how something works is to hear it first hand!
You should be ready to tear some ass, bro!! Good luck!

Rockman, I have been holding back on this, but sometime can you tell us more about wrestling a 750lb black bear? Yeah I would like to hear about that too.... yeah. tell us about the bear. Back in the late 1980’s I wrestled professionally. I did some matches for the WCW and World Class Championship Wrestling. I worked as a bouncer at a night club. The owner of the night club brought in a wrestling bear one Sunday night to try to boost attendance. Since I wrestled he wanted me to wrestle the bear, so had flyers made up announcing me wrestling Sampson the bear. It was an interesting experience to say the least. There were 4 or 5 other guys that wrestled the bear. I went last and noticed that the bear was taking there legs out from under them. So when it was my turn, I got down low and keep my legs back out of the bear’s reach. I did the best so I won a bar tab. The bear was like trying to push a parked car, there was very little movement. After that I said I wouldn’t wrestle him again. I figured it was too difficult and there was no way to beat him. So after a few hours of drinking, my boss asked me to wrestle the bear again. I was drunk so I decided to do it again. The second time around I actually came close to taking the bear down, but I was too drunk to know what was going on. The bear was a 750 pound black bear.

Damn Phil look at you with the mullet bro!....awsome....what was your handle in the ring?....do you have pics of you at WCW?.... I went under my own name. You have to lose at first and I got married before and got out before I could make a name for myself. I do have some VHS video of some matches. Sometime soon I will convert it to an Internet friendly digital format and post them up on the web.

Good luck Phil and welcome back been wondering where you had been. Also that is the same size Metal Shirt I am using as well, tried to go with a 52 no dice way way too small, even after 4 days of stretching I could not get her into near propor shirt position. So I will get a new 54, I already sold my new one to a buddy so it was no loss. Best wishes at the AWPC to you Phill.
