Powerlifting USA Masters Top 20
242lbs class #2 Total - 2005 #2 Squat - 848 #8 Deadlift - 688
I deadlifted more last year (711), but turned 40 in Sept. and they only include lifts you do as a Master.

I need more work with my shirt jacked. This was probably my last shirt work before Seniors. I'm going to decide soon whether or not to do shirt work next week.

Phil I think it is way too early to not do any more shirt work bro....at least next week on ME day do triples up to maybe 80 - 90% of max full range to keep your CNS together....3 weekd with no heavy work would not be a good thing....then 7 to 9 days out at least do your opener in your shirt then be done with it till the meet....just an opinion....Cooke and Mason advise me on these things with their past exp and it does make sense....just something to think about....otherwise your looking ready to go big dogg!....
