light upper ass going easy before heavy OL this sunday one handed face pulls 2x12 upright rows 100 5x10 strict military press 65x a lot 95x12 115x10 135 1x10 tweaked shoulder 1x8 less ROM to protect shoulder GHR (just cause i love it) several example sets to many people who had no clue wtf what the GHR was. after that i got to watch people fail miserably at it, i laughed inside heartily bonus video: the saddest/funniest gym clip i've ever seen. also why i always keep an eye on people at the smith machine www.youtube.com/watch?v=1m6vcyQqx_Qsong: vader - wings www.youtube.com/watch?v=f4SlR-wJPpIlesson: smith machines only enable complete morons to lift

Mini mock olympic meet at app state maxing in meet type conditions, haven't done a jerk in about half a year. it was an adventure! warm up: leg swings, gm's, chest stretching, overhead squats snatch 50kg 2x3 60kg x3 meet attempts 1st 75kg good - easy conservative opener 2nd 83.75kg good - easy 3kg PR! yeah buddy 3rd 92kg miss (twice) - very close, should have had both clean and jerk 60kg x2 90kg x1 meet attempts 1st 102kg good - easy conservative opener again 2nd 113.5kg good - 15lb pr pretty easy too. best jerk i've ever done 3rd 118kg miss twice - really just screwed it up, got the strength just messed up the jerk both times. i'll get that and more very soon. back to the stratiform for accessory work GHR - strict ham curl ups single leg x6-8 on both (on video) both legs monster mini+mini band 2x10 readjusted to have knees on top of pad 2x6 with slow controlled negatives foam roller to loosen up back 45 degree hypers blue band x10 blue+green band x8 one arm side deads (obliques) 135 2x10 each side video of meet www.youtube.com/v/fffWgrcqv1Ysong: limp bizkit - counterfeit lesson: my status of ant of the gym has been taken atleast in olympic lifting. congrats on kickin my ass lil travis!
