yeah man, the most i've ever hit is 350 straight weight anyway (back in may) so i'm thinking a pr is due. aside from the shoulders i set the shirt without any help, looked like a tard but it gave me a much better idea of what all the adjustments were doing. i pulled the shirt way down a lot, pulled as much titty as i could over the neckline to lock it in, slid the belt down as far as i could and pulled out a lot of extra material especially on the last 2 sets, i think that cut off another inch or so on ROM. flipped the sleeve seam over too. isn't that how it all went or close to it?

yay for family cookin! after 3 meals of pure unadulterated southern thanksgivingness in my belly i hit 182 on the scales tonight. i then took about a 3lb crap of pure unadulterated southern thanksgivingness and all was right in the world. i love da sowph!

ME Squat first time back in full gear since september. ended up forgetting my briefs so had to use a single ply titan suit with some single ply inzer groove briefs or power pants, whatever. also had a um... eventful night last night so going low on sleep among other things mean't perfect PR conditions. chain squats to parallel in makeshift briefs 140x a few 230x a few 320x a few 410x1 wraps 500x1 2" above w/ suit straps down 570x1 straps up 640 x 1 To 4" above 700x1 770x1 800x1 just cause buddy made me look bad tripling 770 so easy, plus i wanted to know what 800 felt like. its just really heavy no assistance song: when all is said and done - napalm death www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIRUzqHTNh8lesson: man up and take the weight

Still beat up right now from sunday before last and then trying to bench heavy after that. i don't think a de-load will work for this kind of beat up so i'm going through an unloading phase
unload couple sets of hypers double and single leg to try and get bloodflow to back to speed up recovery.

lat pulls

ME bench took a trip to the hickory lab after having blood taken, not such a good idea :/ warm up 135x some 185x a couple 225x2 paused would be the best set of the night 235x1 (a 10 on one side and not the other) shirt 275x3 315x2 2-board 365x2 1-board 365 2x0 everything was bad touch 330x0 i really have no idea why aside from the previously stated. the last bench day i hit 330+chains at the end of the workout. don't believe me? go look........... skeptical butthole spotted loaded and handled all the people who didn't suck at bench tonight 135x twenty somethin, i really can't count past 5 when i'm lifting so this was impossible. song: woe is me - myself lesson: don't lift after losing blood no matter how good you feel.
