ME bench
all i want for christmas is to bench worth a shit
135 3x8 gym was 49 degrees had to warm up a lot 225x2 shirt 275x3 320 x1 missed 2nd 320 3x2 fixed problem, just dropped bar faster for better pop 340x0 shoulder popped on way down, done for the night

low rows 2x15

quickie today
warm up empty bar gm's squats and whatnot
box squat 2-3" below 150x5 240x2 290x2 290+green band 6x2 340+green band 1x1 1x2
speed was good for not feelin that great. shoulder hurt a bit but should be ok hopefully soon. had to work no acc.

Bench ass. hammer dip machine 4 plates 3x20 spent 100% of the time in the air while doing these dips held down by the seat belt. stupid small body jm presses bar 2x8 100 3x6-8 hammer high row doubled green bands+50lbs 4x10 tough stuff! shoulder flys 3x10-12 shoulder is feelin alright lesson: bands are freakin sweet

ME squat traveled down to hickory for a very fun training session. a lil below parallel box squats briefs 140+choked blue band x a few 230+choked blue band x a few 320+choked blue band x2 briefs and tater sack straps down 410+choked blue band x2 460+choked blue band x1 for the next 2 sets my left hamstring was very very numb 500+choked blue band x1 straps up no wraps 550+choked blue band x1 cut it a lil high i think if i hadn't have had a numb leg i would have gone one more but once again buddy is my daddy trying new deadlift combo boss briefs 245 x a few 425 x2 briefs + t-rex 535 x0 combo just binds up too much for my liking. i'll be rolling suit only like normal. overhead squats 135 3x6-8 hyper extensions 1 set hamstring didn't want to be fucked with so i stopped 1 arm side deads 135 3x 8-10 each side ab wheel of deff a few sets with the last one being done with a wide stance. 135x8 225x4 tried to add new shirt but couldn't get it on. sleeves were perfect but i can't get my shoulders in the thing at all. :/ set it up in the power rack to stretch out the shoulder seams and chest a bit. tried it again after a while and same story. repeated this thrice. raw 3 board 275 3x5-6 2-board 275x3 easy
shoulders hurt a lot just trying to get the thing on

all sets with old single ply suit straps down 3"ish below // (12" box) extra wide 55x a lot 145x5 145+100lbs chain x2 235+100lbs chain x2 285+100lbs chain 6x2 335+100lbs chain x2 385+100lbs chain x2
hypers SSB (65lbs) 3x10
speed was great on all sets. felt bad after the hypers for some reason so i shut it down. ont sure what was wrong.

ME squat wanted to try a combo box squat gm today but after almost doing a backflip off the box and other astounding failures i decided against it. can't do that even with a old single ply suit on, maybe not even beltless. anywho moved on power squat goodmornings (counting machine as 45lb bar) 245x several 445x5 645x3 735x3 825x3 915x3 1005x3 1055x3 shook like crazy but got'em i really like these, doesn't feel too taxing on the cns but still hit hard my back glutes and hams. keeper pull throughs blue 3x15 outer poon machine 3x8 with 3 sec holds squeezing my outer poon hard. song: vader - sword of witcher AWESOME www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6ifAAhPVOQgotta love polish death metal bands lesson: gm's on power squat machine are sweet and vader are gods of metal
