My deadlift sucks , On the bright side at least I can admit it
I got off work early tonight so I headed straight to the gym. On the way there I was wondering what movement I was going to do. Oh yes, reverse bands pulls from the 1 pin. Oh boy. I can't wait. I got to the gym and guess what. The bands were already set up and the bar was loaded to 495. Welcome to my worst sucky workout. 495 x 3 585 x 3 675 x 3 765 x 3 855 x 0 ( what;s wrong?, I got to get my head straight) 855 x 0 ( I have lost my pulling power)

raw bench bar x 20 135 x 10 225 x 10 315 x 5 420 x 2 missed the 3rd rep 475 x 1 off the 1 board with a pause 475 x 0 off the chest missed it bad
close grips off the 3 board ( hands 12-14 inches apart ) 365 x 3 paused all reps 405 x 3 paused all reps 425 x 3 paused all reps
Rock and rolls about 90 seconds rest between sets) 35 x 15 35 x 15 35 x 15 I just kept the weight light to get a pump and force blood into the triceps.
pushdowns 176 x 20 176 x 15 176 x 12
I had a bad bench workout but I'm happy with the close grips and the tricep work. I got a real good pump in the triceps today for a change.

James the shit was not meant to be easy bro, hang in there and stick it out! We all have bad days, but as I like to say the bad days count the most. I have ever faith you will obtain your goals, just hang in there and listen to what your body is telling you.

Thanks man, It just gets me down sometimes. I bust my butt in the gym week after week and one bad workout can make feel like it a waste of time. I have had several bad workouts lately. I'm going to take a step back and gather my thoughts and see if I can figure it out.

Hey James I dont want to hear that bullshit....you have alot of guys that look up to you and admire you that you train with bro....and I do as well....bad workouts happen my friend....jusat stick in there and get it....Like Mike said this was not suppose to be easy if it was everybody would be big and strong....

close grip press 315 x 3 365 x 3
band pushdowns (monster mini doubled choked )
4 sets 15 reps
I needed a break from all of the heavy benching, my muscles / joints are very thankful
