Sunday 7-16-05
Rotator Cuff- 5 lbs. x 10 reps x 3 sets
Raw Bench - medium grip worked up to 275 x 5 reps 305 x 2 I missed the 3rd. rep badly and kind of strained my shoulder doing it. added 1 board.... 315 x 3 325 x 3 added 2 board.... 335 x 3 reps x 2 sets
Note; I moved my grip out to ring finger on the ring and felt stronger on the board presses. I was going to do a drop set with 250 and go to failure but decided not too. My shoulder was too sore and I didn't want to chance it, so that's all I did. Hopfully I feel stronger on my next ME day. I'm thinking all this weight I've lost is really catching up with me now. I don't know if it was just a bad day benching or what but the weight felt heavy today.
bwt...216 lbs

Hey Dale give these a try if you have not incorporated them. asp.elitefts.com/qa/default.asp?qid=33907&tid=101I been doing them in my routine for a while now, but never list them in my log for some reason. But it has helps my shoulders out quit a bit, since that is a hard area to target with machine and free weights.

We all have those kinds of day, great job to keep pushing through the workout! How did the bluefish trip go? Thanks bro...I allready chalked it off as bad day, time to move on. I missed groved it one time and strained my shoulder, it feels fine now. I'm going to back off this week and start training for my meet in 8 weeks. We ended up not going for blue fish it was too rough out in the ocean especially in a 21 footer so we stayed in the bay and drifted for flounder. I caught 10 fish mostly junk fish and 3 flounder throw back (under sized) and one keeper flounder (18"). I wanted to bring home more meat but still all and all had a good time anyway. Flounder is some good eating fish.
