Wednesday Bench Day Bench Press Bar x 3 135 x 3 x 2 sets 225 x 3 x 2 sets 315 x 3
Rack Lock-outs 315 x 3 405 x 3 455 x 2 495 x X missed here, it sucked, oh well. I have a meet in 3 weeks, and need to put on my shirt for the first time since december. I've been battling a shoulder injury and back problems all winter and am just getting healthy now. My bench goal for the meet is to do the best I can that day, and hopefully come somewhere close to my PR.

Nice work on the squats Jimmy....How much tension you think those choked blues are giving?

My Partner say they add up to 200 Pounds per set of blue bands for his height (He measured it out by building up boxes to his height, then putting a scale on the boxes and seeing what the tension was). And the bar is a few inches higher up (I use a rack height that is 3 higher than him, plus I clear the hooks by an inch or two more than him) so Its probably a little over 200 pounds for me.
Lat Pull Downs 8 sets of 8
Speed Bench. All sets done with Doubled Minis Bar x 3 x 2 135 x 3 x 2 185 x 3 x 8
Incline Extensions 6 sets of 8
Side Lateral Raises 6 sets of 8
Face Pulls 5 sets of 8
Thats it, good quick workout.

Uh ohhhh man I can not stand doing them like that feels like my thumbs are going to come out. But like many have said if you can do them will benefit you far as counter spin. Also saw Jimmy your equipment like you said singlet for pulling so I take it that you’re raw? Just saying if that's so and a 700+ dead without a suit, bro that crazy!

Yeah, I pull RAW, when I was just getting into the sport, I asked one of the experienced lifters I knew (Billy Mimnaugh) and was friendly with what type of DL suit I should get, he said don't worry about a suit, just worry about getting your lower back stronger and you won't need one.

Bro with your raw Deadlift being in a suit is just that more gravy in my opinion. I like the Metal Pro Deadlifter gives excellent starting power off the floor, But it will take time to learning the suit either you will have to drop and grab or roll the bar into you. Also like Mr. Smith taught me you will need a cup because it’s a nut crusher, since the suit pulls through the crotch. But I say this Jimmy with your current power and a suit sized right. I wouldn’t be too crazy to say you will get about 30-40lbs of pop off the floor. Also I like some other stuff as well; Nike Soccer Socks saves them shins, Pool Chalk for the thighs its slicker then snot and Wraps for grip. I would recommend this suit for one you’re a conventional deadlifter and second I have two of them and they hold up.

I think I'll give the suit a try, there's no sense in leaving pounds on the platform. But whats the reasoning behind pool chalk instead of baby powder on the thighs?
Here's the Workout: Monday: DL Day. My back was still beat up from squatting on friday and just being awake hurt, so I took it easy. Round Back GMs with the Cambered Bar bar x 3 135 x 3 x 3 sets 225 x 3 315 x 3 405 x 3 455 x 3 -- This is what one of my training partners was doing, so I just did it also.
GHR with a green band x 8, with a green and a lite, x 8 x 2 sets Back Raises 3 sets of 8.
