Bro its just more slicker it is not wet by no means, it just slides the bar so much better. But if you use it makes sure somebody else applies it and do not get it on your hands or else the bar will pop out of your hands.

I think I'll give the suit a try, there's no sense in leaving pounds on the platform. But whats the reasoning behind pool chalk instead of baby powder on the thighs? Here's the Workout: Monday: DL Day. My back was still beat up from squatting on friday and just being awake hurt, so I took it easy. Round Back GMs with the Cambered Bar bar x 3 135 x 3 x 3 sets 225 x 3 315 x 3 405 x 3 455 x 3 -- This is what one of my training partners was doing, so I just did it also. GHR with a green band x 8, with a green and a lite, x 8 x 2 sets Back Raises 3 sets of 8. Dont worry I woke up tired and broke down from reading your and Mikes leg workout too....hell I dont even want to post mine now....

Wednesday: bench day. Bar x 3 135 x 3 x 3 sets 225 x 3 275 x 3 315 x 3 Put shirt on 405 x 3 none touched 405 x 3 everyone touched 455 x 1 -- Just working on getting my openor dialed in. If I can do it after 2 triples with 4 plates, I should be able to do it after squatting.
Had to move some ply-wood around, and then went home.

The Volume was kinda low yesterday, I was on 2 hours of sleep because of work, and felt run down and beat up, I will usually do 365 for 1-3 reps depending on how I feel before I put my shirt on but I'm competing in 2.5 weeks and coming off some shoulder injury so I don't wanna risk anything. Thanks for the input, I do agree with you.

Just piggybacking on Mr. Smith comment medium Raw weight will never hurt! Its the icing on the cake as I like to put it, but its rough on the body in return.

The meet is the 12th of MAY in Maine, its the APF Masters/Submasters/Junior Nationals. And I won't be making it to Vegas, its just gonna be too expensive of a trip for me, as a college kid, Idon't have unlimited resources, and the cheapest plane tickets I can find are 350 round trip, plus staying at the hotel for 2-3 nights will be another 150, so now I'm looking at 600$ and that doesn't even take food for three days into consideration, and eating out for 8-9 meals will cost another easy 100. So now I'm looking at a minimun of 700$ to go out there to help out one person, the same person who said he'd help me and my partner steve with a meet we ran last september but ended up going to a Yankees game instead of helping us, where's the loyalty in that?

Jimmy here you on that, I will probably not make it either to Vegas this year as well. Reality a 18hr plane ride, then making weight and sleeping on the time difference. It’s not really looking in my favor at all. When I return from Korea McDill Tampa FL will be my new home and I know there is a shitload of APF meets in FL ever year. So re-qualifying will be no issue by no mean, so I will look for you at the 2007 Senior Nationals.
