ok, heres where it gets down right sick...
8:00 chick filet suasage burito, hash browns, diet pepsi, no fear enery drink (sugar free)
1:00 sick chinese buffet takout... cant even tell you what I ate but i am sure it was all bad.
6:30 mountain dew
7:30 denneys.. 2 eggs, 3 sausage, hash browns, 3 pancakes, 2 diet pepsi.
what strikes me funny and very sick is that I eat out way to much....i mean i am married, what the fuck. what does my wife doooo. something for later to ponder... the other thing that is funny is that I eat like shit and drink a diet soda. like 100 for cals makes a differnece....
ok enough... I need some help.. you can see where this is going...lets start. I need structure. I dont think I need to degrade myself anymore and what to start. each day doesnt get any better.
thanks

you ate the neighbors?? geez mark, get control of yourself!! ok- my first suggestion is for you to take a peek at chad's nutrition journal. he's not always "perfect", but it took us a while to fine-tune the type of foods he was eating. his meals are consistent and well-timed (something you need to be), low in refined sugars and carbs, and high in protein. you won't be eating as much food as he does either. now- how much water are you drinking? my guess is that it isnt enough. you need to start getting at least 3/4 of a gallon of PURE water. you are also snacking WAY too much. my guess is that you are an "emotional" eater- you eat when you're bored, happy, sad, etc. instead of when you are legitimately hungry. a good investment for you would be tupperware. prepare a bag of frozen chicken (baked, stir-fried, grilled, whatever) and split it up into 8-oz servings. get some cans of tuna and some frozen or fresh salmon, and some very lean ground beef or turkey. that can be the base for some of your meals. then get some uncle ben's "ready rice", some couscous, some broccoli and some sweet potatoes. are you familiar with the foods i speak of? some of this may sound quite foreign to you... ~MINX

TAKE THE CORN BACK TO THE STORE. corn is WAY too starchy and has a lot of sugar. also, start eating breakfast. it doesnt appear as though you are getting any fiber- try some creal like all-bran, fiber one, etc. fiber helps flush fat and eliminate excess waste from the body. do you know what your bodyfat % is mark? if you can find it out i can get you a pretty good estimate of what your cals should be. but if not i can guesstimate; i'm pretty good at that you should be eating every 2-3 hours, and maybe having 2 shakes a day to start with. cut out those energy drinks for breakfast!! ~MINX

No offense, but that meal plan is as exciting to me as doing a discount cash flow statement.
