add some protein to your salad (chicken, tuna, salmon, lean steak, etc) and more egg whites. you need at least 6 whites in the morning.. ~MINX

12:30 chicken wrap, and 4oz chicken
3:00 muscle milk
7:30 filet, shrimp, rice, veg japanies food (totally hannahs fault I ate so much)

2:00 muscle milk
3:00 chinese food (mostly chicken) small amount of rice
8:00 hamberger, green beans
10:00 small amount of chips

still not losing weight... not gaining but not losing either.. how do I lose the fat.

how much cardio are you doing? i would suggest throwing in some low-intensity walking or elliptical trainer for 30 mins 3x/week. that will help get your metabolism going... ~MINX

you need to increase your # of meals also- maybe some high-protein snacks like cottage cheese/ string cheese, protein bars, can of tuna, apple with peanut butter, etc... ~MINX
