Good mornings in the rack. 155 x5 x 1 225 x 5 x 1 315 x 5 x 1 405 x 1 x 1 When I first started working out with these guys I couldn't do 135. Lastnite I hit 405, I'm happy with my improvement. Hopefully with these little improvements I will reach my short term goal of 900lbs!
