12/3 Bench Warm up 135 x8 x2 225 x 5 x 2 315 x 3 x 2 Put shirt on. 3brd 495 x 3 x 1 585 x 1 x 1 635 x - x - 2brd 495 x 3 x 1 Decline 225 x10 x 1 275 x 8 x 1 315 x 8 x 1 Not the best still trying to learn my shirt but it i will get better!
