Back from the beach and now its time to get serious...
Reverse Band Bench - blues worked up to 565 x 1
Ultra Wide Bench Rep out - going to start doing some variation of these every workout 225 x 30
Rolling Tricep Ext. 6 x 10 - ending with 65lbs.
not too bad for a first day back, felt good to be in the gym again.....

Box Squats - about parrallel, wide stance 135 x 5 225 x 3 315 x 3 405 x 2 495 x 1 545 x 1 - stopped here... stance felt pretty good, alittle slow out of the hole, first time squatting in about a month....
Rack Work - just below the knee 135 x 5 225 x 5 315 x 5 405 x 1 495 x 1
GHR 3 x 8
Roller Hyper 2 x 10
just wanted to get in and get under the bar... going to incorporate the wide stance into my DE days begining on Sunday and see what happens..... During my regular ME stuff I will use a narrow stance....

Close Grip 3 board - pinkies on rings - no leg drive(feet up on bench trying to simulate floor press, too lazy to get on floor) 275 x 5 315 x 5 365 x 5 405 x 5 455 x 3 - form started to get sloppy so I stopped
CSR - lower handle 5 x 10 - ending with 4 plates
Face Pulls couple of sets
Pushdowns 2 x 50
