bench. 135x15 225x6 315x5 405x1 shirt on 2board 585x1 1board 675x1 750x1pr real easy,will open with this at meet sat. 3boards close grip 495x3 545x3 565x2...maybe couldve done 3 but with tha meet close no need to push it. dumbell tri ext. 45x12 55x10 60x8 shoulder flys 15x20 25x20,,,,,nothing to do now but rest up for meet.

lol, dont no if this counts but i did the bar for 3setsof10 today just working on form.i hate resting up for a meet.
