Stair Climber (30 min at 150ish heart rate)
I was sweating just as much during the morning workout as the eveining workout. Supersetting the squats and deadlifts kicked my butt.

Nice session chad....supersets are rough especially with compound lower body exercises like that.....great stuff

Nice session chad....supersets are rough especially with compound lower body exercises like that.....great stuff Thanks, the superset was pretty tough. That did make it fun.

I lost discipline and let my heart rate get much too high during the second half of the cardio workout.
