I have enjoyed reading the training logs and thought I would post one of my own. Recording progress and being able to look back at where I was in relation to where I am now is a great motivator for me. Any comments are appreciated. I will be starting this log with low weights so that gives me the potential to record a lot of progress over the next few years. I am currently following this program: Monday AM – 1 hour (with Hannah) Legs PM – Cardio Tuesday AM – 1 hour (with Hannah) Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders PM – Cardio Wednesday – AM – 1 hour (with Hannah) Special Cardio PM – Cardio Thursday – AM – 1 hour (with Hannah) Back PM – Cardio Friday - AM – 1 hour (with Hannah) Chest, Abdominals PM – Cardio Saturday – off or low intensity cardio Sunday – off or low intensity cardio

Seriously guys; Chad is THE MAN!! I consider myself lucky to have a client who is so dedicated and hardworking. I will let him share the details of his progress if he wishes, but for now just let me say he has made the kind of changes to his lifestyle and body that most people *wish* they could brag about. i encouraged chad to post his training log here to receive some critiques as well as positive reinforcement. i adapted his training to include some 5x5 DoggCrapp routines. i pull the sled in the gym parking lot every wednesday, and one night chad made a comment about trying it, so now we incorporate that as well. none of my other clients are this hardcore lol!! chad will also be posting his diet journal in my forum, so you guys can see how to make changes and substitutions. glad to have you on here chad... post away! ~MINX

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Hannah is an awesome. I have definitely benefited having Hannah’s mind at work helping me achieve my goals. I was face down on a medicine ball with my chest on the ball. I used the weights to do kind of a reverse fly movement targeting the upper back and traps. 10s x 10 10s x 10 10s x 10 10s x 10 10s x 10 PM – Cardio Stair Climber (30 min @ 155 to 165 heart rate)

Friday 08-25-2006 AM – Chest & Abdominals Cable flies Warm-up x 10 Warm-up x 10 Decline Dumbbell Press 40s x 12 50s x 12 65s x 6 65x x 6 (on this one the fourth rep was ugly but did two more. I don't know what my problem was on that rep) 65s x 6 Hammer Strength Chest Press/Plank superset 115 x 10 Static Plank hold 165 x 8 Static Plank hold 195 x 8 Static Plank hold 195 x 8 V-ups w medicine ball – 20 reps I felt like this was a great workout. I can remember doing flat dumbbell presses last fall with 25s so this is a lot of progress for me. I can’t wait to see what the next year will bring.

Treadmill (1 hour at 120 to 130 heart rate)
This is really Friday evening's cardio that got delayed until today. I didn't feel like I would be as effective yesterday so I waited until today. I turned the alarm off and slept for about 13 hours last night so I think it was a good decision.
