Maybe so. I'm moving up to the 198's and not sure how long it will take me to get my numbers up to par. If not this year then definatly next, although we have another lifter in our group that may be going and if he does then I'll probably be there to help.

10/2 lower accessory zercher squats....raw w/o belt 135x10 185x10 225x10 275x10 315x6 I was going to do some hack squats also, but my lower back was so pumped I only did 3 reps and stopped. I had to stop twice and sit down before I got to the locker room. Its been a long time since I've done those, felt good though.

10/5 Heavy squat It was just me and Sharon today. We had a good workout together, bless her heart she just got off work (7:00 pm wed-7:00 am thurs) so she was dragging but she worked hard though.
Open squats (raw) barx5 145x5 235x3 w/ breifs....no belt 325x3 415x3 w/ breifs & belt 505x3 555x3 w/ breifs, belt & wraps 605x2....P.R.
dead lift....off floor (sumo) 315x3 405x3 495x3 545x3 605x2...P.R. had the third one 3/4 the way up and just couldn't finish it. This showed how made my conventional deadlift is, I didn't even break the floor with 605 (conv) last week. Looks like 605 was the magic number today. Hopefully the next magic number will be 705!
