Hey yall. Just decided that I would start posting here instead of the Iron Asylum Gym forum. I train w\ Brandon Sneed, Kurt Hall, and John Demchak. I'm the young one if you ever talk to the crew.
Yesterday Brandon and I worked bench. I worked up to my opener for the USAPL meet next weekend.
Bench: 135x5 225x4 275x1 315x1 365x1 385x1-- projected opener. went super easy may bump up to 395 or 400. I did a double set of 385 just to get mind set.
other than that. a did some heavy tricep's w\ weighted dips. 3x10
thats basically it. i just farted around for the rest of the time.. i dont wanna wear myself out for next week.
since Brandon has a song of the day. I'm gonna have food of the day..

haha. I lost the link to this board.. *found it* yeah that meet sucked ass.. I cant wait until the APF meet sept 8th. I'm going bench only on that to get 400 officially in my books.
Yesterday's Workout..:
3 board bench: bar x 5 135x5 225x4 275x3 315x3 365x3 405...i got twisted up.. miss. SHIRT ON 405x3 455x1 475x1 PR by like 40 lbs
Rack lockouts w\ 50 lbs of chain: 225+chainx3 315+chainx3 365+chainx2 i dont know if i did 405 i didnt write anything down yesterday. mabe.. idk
then some back work .. blah.. blah. w\ bands.. more bands...
yup. thats about it.
food of the day: Beef Pat Thai stuff. it'l put hair on you chest..
